Community Guidelines
AirBid works best when everyone acts with honesty, respect, and professionalism. These guidelines apply to all Clients and Suppliers and help keep the marketplace safe and trustworthy.

Be respectful
Treat every member with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive behaviour of any kind are not tolerated.
Be honest & accurate
- Describe tasks, skills, and pricing truthfully.
- Don't misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.
- Only leave reviews based on genuine experiences.
Keep communication on-platform
Keep messages and agreements on AirBid wherever possible. This protects both parties with a clear, timestamped record of what was agreed before work begins.
Work safely & legally
- Only post or accept tasks that are lawful and safe.
- No requests for illegal goods or services, or anything that puts people at risk.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Deliver quality work
Suppliers should deliver work that matches what was agreed, on time and to a professional standard. Clients should provide clear briefs and respond to reasonable questions.
Be fair with payments
AirBid does not hold funds in escrow — payments are arranged and made directly between the Client and Supplier. Agree on scope and price up front, honour that agreement, and pay promptly once work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Respect privacy
Only collect and use another member's personal information as needed to complete a task. Never share someone's private details without their consent.
Reporting & enforcement
If you see behaviour that breaks these guidelines, report it through the Contact page. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service.
