Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AirBid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under Australian law to use AirBid. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

How AirBid works

AirBid is a marketplace that connects customers who post tasks with suppliers who bid to complete them. AirBid is not a party to any agreement between customers and suppliers. We do not provide the services listed, employ suppliers, or guarantee that any task will be completed.

Fees

Posting a task is free for customers. Suppliers may pay a small, flat fee to submit a bid on a task. AirBid does not charge commission on completed work and does not take a percentage of what suppliers earn. Applicable fees are shown before you incur them.

Payments between users

All payments for services are arranged and made directly between the customer and the supplier. AirBid does not hold funds in escrow, process payments, or mediate payment disputes. You are responsible for agreeing payment terms and methods with the other party.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent content.
• Circumvent AirBid to avoid applicable fees where prohibited.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in breach of any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts.

Your content & reviews

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant AirBid a licence to display and use it to operate the platform. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Verification & trust

We take reasonable steps to verify suppliers, including identity checks and, where relevant, credential checks. However, verification is not a guarantee. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any supplier or customer before transacting.

Disclaimers

AirBid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the reliability, quality, or availability of the platform, or the conduct of any user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirBid is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or any dealings between users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms other users or AirBid. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
